About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to ensure product success.
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Manage product launches and ensure successful product adoption among customers.
- Work closely with contractors/remodelers to understand their workflows and incorporate insights into product development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, specifically in the SaaS industry.
- Experience managing or launching a product that incorporates AI/ML in a core feature.
- Proven ability to conduct customer discovery sessions and gather actionable insights from interviews.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of SaaS product development lifecycle.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
