What You'll Do
We're looking for a Product Manager to own products end-to-end, from 0 to 1 and through continuous iteration. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, and operationally complex processes. You'll work directly with leadership, engineering, design, and customers to define what gets built, why it matters, and how the product evolves as we scale. The best PMs here operate like builders and owners. They move quickly, prioritize ruthlessly, and stay close to customers.
You'll own the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and design to shape and execute the product roadmap
- Work directly with customers to uncover pain points, operational bottlenecks, and workflow inefficiencies, then translate those insights into impactful product decisions
- Define product strategy, success metrics, and execution plans across teams
- Drive adoption through training and enablement; feed learnings back into the product
What We're Looking For
- Need to Have:
- 3+ years of product management experience shipping impactful B2B software products in startups or fast-moving environments
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end: from customer discovery through launch and iteration
- Deep customer empathy. You talk to users before forming opinions and can synthesize what you learn into decisions the team gets behind
- Builder instincts. You're comfortable working at a granular level of detail, enabling engineers and designers around you rather than just directing them
- Technical fluency. You understand how software gets built, can engage meaningfully on tradeoffs, and have familiarity with how AI/LLM products work
- Comfort with ambiguity. Energized by undefined problems, not unsettled by them
- High ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Experience presenting strategy and business reviews to senior leadership
- Nice to Have:
- 0→1 experience — you've built something from scratch and know what it takes to go from nothing to something customers depend on
- Experience building or shipping AI/LLM features in production (evals, retrieval, going from demo to reliable product)
- Experience in a regulated or operationally complex domain: construction, permitting, legal, healthcare, logistics, or similar
- You've shipped a product that an operations or services team adopted and depends on
