Role Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation through launch and iteration
- Facilitate agile product development processes using tools such as Jira and Linear
- Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate vision, progress, and priorities with clarity
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and differentiation
- Monitor product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction
Candidature
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in product management tools, especially Jira and Linear
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Expertise in collaborating with remote and distributed teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch
- Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments
- Demonstrated success in scaling products for global teams and markets
- Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies
