About the role
Goodie helps leading brands win AI search by providing a full AI control plane for real‑time visibility into how AI models speak about their brand and products, competitor presence, and an optimization engine to improve visibility and performance. As a product manager you’ll own the development and launch of AI products at the center of Goodie’s platform, working closely with the CEO, Engineering, and Design to solve undefined problems in a 0‑to‑1 environment.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Roadmap – own a product area from problem to shipped outcome, set the roadmap, define bets, and be accountable for results; engage directly with enterprise marketing leaders, CMOs, SEO and content directors to turn feedback into product; define success metrics and quality bar for AI‑generated output in a space with no benchmarks.
- Execution and Delivery – work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Engineering and Design in fast weekly shipping cycles; own timelines, resources, and cross‑functional dependencies to hit cadence without cutting corners; ensure every release meets high standards for quality, usability, and performance.
- Data and Insights – use analytics (Mixpanel) to decide what to build next and to prove impact; build feedback loops between data, customer signals, and roadmap prioritization.
- Go‑to‑Market and Positioning – partner with BD, Customer Success, and Marketing so launches land with customers and the market; communicate roadmap decisions clearly to stakeholders across the company.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably on B2B SaaS products at a startup (Series A or later) that grew while you were there.
- Clear, specific ownership of products or areas on your résumé with measurable outcomes you can point to.
- Strong analytical instincts paired with real creative instinct; comfortable working directly with data, not just reading dashboards.
- Background in martech, fintech, or another data‑dense B2B domain is a strong fit.
- You already work AI‑natively: you use LLMs and AI tooling to do your own job faster and better and have opinions about where they break.
- Strong communication skills, able to put thoughts to paper in a simple, effective manner.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and low process; collaborative approach working seamlessly across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
