Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for self-improving agents, driving resolution rates from 60% to 98%
• Lead multi-party orchestration for complex real-time workflows, ensuring sub-500ms latency across voice, chat, and email
• Define and implement features for emotional intelligence, sentiment detection, and natural conversation flow
• Develop the agent builder and console, enabling teams to customize and configure agents easily
• Expand into regulated industries, partnering with healthcare and financial services to meet strict compliance standards
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, designers, sales, and customer success to ensure successful deployments and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined experience in product management and software engineering
• Minimum 1 year as a software engineer with hands-on professional coding experience
• Strong technical foundation, able to engage in architectural discussions and understand complex distributed systems
• Experience with real-time systems, such as voice, video, and messaging
• Enterprise product experience, including understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise requirements
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable with metrics and analytics
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• AI/ML product experience, particularly with large language models (LLMs), conversational AI, or voice AI
• Developer tools experience, including APIs, SDKs, and platform products
• Experience with Python for prototyping, analyzing data, and working directly in code
• Startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly
