About the role

The Product team at Mytra is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic development of our next-generation warehouse automation platform. This role requires a hands-on approach, balancing hardware constraints with software capabilities and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development and execution through cross-functional collaboration, alignment with internal and external stakeholders, and clearly defined goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to balance hardware constraints with software capabilities and customer requirements.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Drive competitive analysis and positioning against traditional automation and emerging robotics solutions.
• Ensure products meet industrial standards for safety, reliability, and performance in warehouse environments.
• Coordinate with operations teams on manufacturing scalability, supply chain optimization, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to bring clear and structured results from ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with project management tools and practices
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities across engineering, sales, operations, and customer teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
