Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and release schedules.
  • Prioritize features based on customer needs and market demand.
  • Understand software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and work effectively within these frameworks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales and support teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of products.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch.
  • Define product specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor development progress, provide guidance, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product design, working with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer training.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product features.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to retirement.
  • Make recommendations on product enhancements, updates, or sunsetting based on market analysis and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • A basic understanding of databases, data storage, and data management.
  • The ability to discuss data-related requirements with the development team.
  • An understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A comfort with data analysis tools and metrics tracking.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Product Manager or similar role in the technology field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud computing.
