Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and release schedules.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs and market demand.
- Understand software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and work effectively within these frameworks.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales and support teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of products.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch.
- Define product specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor development progress, provide guidance, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Champion a user-centric approach to product design, working with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer training.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product features.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to retirement.
- Make recommendations on product enhancements, updates, or sunsetting based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Requirements
- A basic understanding of databases, data storage, and data management.
- The ability to discuss data-related requirements with the development team.
- An understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- A comfort with data analysis tools and metrics tracking.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Product Manager or similar role in the technology field.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud computing.
