About The Role The role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for core technical infrastructure platforms—translating complex engineering capabilities into scalable features used by thousands of enterprise clients. The team bridges engineering, design, and business strategy to define the roadmap, prioritize features, and ship high-impact solutions that directly drive revenue and user retention. Key Responsibilities Define the product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for core platform capabilities based on customer research, market analysis, and engineering constraintsWrite comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories, breaking down complex technical initiatives into actionable sprintsPartner closely with engineering leads, architects, and designers to make intelligent trade-offs regarding scope, timeline, and system performanceEstablish clear product metrics and KPIs; track adoption, engagement, and business impact using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and SQLDrive go-to-market strategies, working alongside marketing and sales enablement to launch new features successfullyConduct user interviews, beta testing, and feedback loops to continuously iterate on product offerings What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex technical products from conception to launchStrong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers on system architecture, APIs, and data pipelinesDemonstrated experience using data analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Tableau) to drive product decisions and measure outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with developer platforms, APIs, or cloud infrastructure services (AWS, GCP)
