About the role
The Product Manager at Everway is responsible for identifying customer needs, shaping product priorities, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable product outcomes. This opportunity is offered on a contractor basis.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market insight, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Define product features and user stories and ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood.
- Partner with Engineering teams to maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Support continuous improvement of product management practices and ways of working.
- Create product communications and supporting materials for internal and external audiences.
Essential Criteria
- 3+ years of product management experience within software, SaaS, or a related environment.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and roadmaps.
- Experience using customer insight, research, and data to inform product decisions.
- Able to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders across functions.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to support product discovery, validation, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working in a growth-stage or scaling technology business.
- Experience applying user-centred design principles and collaborating closely with UX teams.
- Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market processes.
- Experience working with product management and collaboration tools.
