About the role

The Product Manager at Everway is responsible for identifying customer needs, shaping product priorities, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable product outcomes. This opportunity is offered on a contractor basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market insight, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer outcomes to support continuous improvement.
  • Define product features and user stories and ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to maintain a prioritized product backlog.
  • Support continuous improvement of product management practices and ways of working.
  • Create product communications and supporting materials for internal and external audiences.

Essential Criteria

  • 3+ years of product management experience within software, SaaS, or a related environment.
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Experience using customer insight, research, and data to inform product decisions.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to support product discovery, validation, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Criteria

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience working in a growth-stage or scaling technology business.
  • Experience applying user-centred design principles and collaborating closely with UX teams.
  • Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market processes.
  • Experience working with product management and collaboration tools.
