Product Manager
About the role
Help decide what ENVE builds next and guide great products from the first idea to the final ride. At ENVE, exceptional products begin with a clear understanding of the rider, the market, and the opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can turn those insights into focused product strategies, compelling business cases, and products that strengthen ENVE's position in the cycling industry. This role sits at the center of product development. You will own assigned product categories across the full lifecycle, shaping the roadmap, defining requirements, evaluating commercial potential, and working closely with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to move products from concept through commercialization and beyond. You will need to be equally comfortable listening to riders and dealers, analyzing category economics, debating product tradeoffs with technical teams, and presenting a recommendation to leadership. Responsibilities
- Developing product strategies and category roadmaps informed by rider needs, market opportunities, competitive activity, dealer feedback, and ENVE's business objectives.
