This role sits with the teams that run the company's Salesforce and quote-to-cash systems, supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce projects end to end, from planning and scoping through go-live and closure
• Define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables with business stakeholders
• Coordinate Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and outside vendors
• Maintain project plans covering resources, budget, risks, and issues
• Run sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Manage change requests, including impact analysis and approvals
• Translate subscription contract changes (add-ons, upsells, downgrades, early renewals, cancellations, co-terming) into CPQ requirements
• Work with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Finance to reflect ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and renewal metrics in Salesforce reporting
• Deliver executive status reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Support hypercare after go-live, triage production defects, and manage enhancements through the release cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years managing Salesforce projects
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
• Functional understanding of the SaaS subscription contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and co-terming
• Experience running projects under both Agile and Waterfall

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant credentials)
• PMP or Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
• Jira, Asana, or MS Project
• Salesforce integration with NetSuite
• Copado or other Salesforce DevOps and release tools
• Vendor and contract management
