Product Manager
Ediphi offers the most comprehensive cloud-based estimating and preconstruction solution on the market. Our goal is to reduce the time spent in preconstruction, enabling projects to break ground more quickly and estimators to feel more confident in their work. Founded by Michael Navarro, an estimating professional from Suffolk, and Dustin DeVan, founder of BuildingConnected (acquired by Autodesk for $275 million), Ediphi launched in 2023 with a $12M Series A round led by Norwest Venture Partners and support from Suffolk Technologies.
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of Ediphi’s contracting tool. You’ll be embedded with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, and partner closely with estimators and industry experts to deliver intuitive, powerful features. This role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, can dive into user problems, translate needs into clear product requirements, and work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to ship features that scale. You’ll be creating new features from 0 to 1.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and support teams to define, build, and launch new product features for Ediphi’s core estimating workflows.
- Understand customer needs and market trends through internal and external discovery, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Define success metrics for features and track adoption and performance post-launch.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure smooth go-to-market and feedback loops.
- Contribute to product strategy discussions and long-term roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with a strong emphasis on building a product from scratch.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong discovery skills and product sense, with the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly product experiences.
- Detail-oriented thinking, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and evaluate multiple tradeoffs for solutions that drive business impact.
- Comfort working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs and feasibility.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define metrics and use data (qualitative and quantitative) to guide decisions.
- Growth mindset with curiosity to learn from both users and teammates.
Skills
- Familiarity with construction technology or adjacent industries (fintech, insurtech, pre-construction, estimating) is strongly preferred.
- Experience contributing in a dynamic startup environment on a small, collaborative team, where you took on a variety of responsibilities.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and equity
- Unlimited PTO (and we actually encourage you to use it)
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave
- A phenomenal, remote-first team that deeply cares about creating great products
