About the Role

At eClinical Solutions, we are modernizing the clinical data ecosystem through cloud-native technologies, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflows. We are looking for a Product Manager, Platform & Data Integration to own the definition and delivery of platform capabilities that enable scalable and intelligent connectivity across the clinical technology landscape.

In this role, you will own one or more platform capabilities spanning APIs, data connectors, interoperability, metadata exchange, data ingestion, and AI-enabled automation. Working closely with engineering, UX, architecture, services, and customers, you will transform complex technical challenges into intuitive, high-value platform capabilities that simplify connectivity, improve customer outcomes, and accelerate clinical trial execution.

As part of our AI-first product organization, you'll be expected to use modern AI tools as a force multiplier throughout the product lifecycle. From customer research and product discovery to requirements development, prioritization, and delivery, you'll leverage AI to accelerate execution while applying sound product judgment to every decision. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers throughout the product lifecycle, balancing user needs, technical considerations, and business priorities to deliver products that create meaningful value.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically-minded product manager who enjoys solving difficult systems problems, partnering with talented engineers, and building connected platform capabilities that customers trust and rely on every day.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for one or more platform capabilities within the Platform & Data Integration portfolio.
  • Translate customer problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into scalable product capabilities.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements that balance measurable customer value, technical investment, and commercial opportunity.
  • Partner with Solution Managers and Principal Product Managers to ensure roadmap alignment with broader product strategy.
  • Lead AI-assisted product discovery, refinement, and delivery of capabilities across APIs, data connectors, metadata-driven workflows, integration services, and import/export capabilities.
  • Design scalable, reusable platform capabilities that reduce implementation effort while supporting diverse customer environments.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and UX designers to create intuitive, reliable, and maintainable platform experiences.
  • Participate in technical design discussions to ensure product decisions balance usability, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Partner with Product Owners throughout development to clarify requirements, remove ambiguity, and support successful sprint execution.
  • Engage with customers, implementation teams, and technology partners to understand integration challenges and evolving platform needs.
  • Translate customer insights into product improvements that simplify complex workflows and improve user outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Services, Customer Success, and Support throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support successful product launches through release readiness, demonstrations, documentation, and customer enablement.
  • Define success measures for your product area focused on customer adoption, usability, operational efficiency, and product quality.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage analytics, and operational metrics to guide continuous product improvement.
  • Evaluate where AI can improve user experiences, automate repetitive tasks, simplify complex workflows.
  • Continuously improve product execution by applying AI-assisted approaches to customer research, prioritization, documentation, and decision making.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline required.
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, preferably within enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or data-intensive applications.

AI Use Statement

Employees are expected to appropriately leverage company-approved AI tools to improve productivity and quality while adhering to company policies, protecting confidential information, validating AI-generated content, and exercising sound professional judgment. AI is intended to augment—not replace—professional judgment, critical thinking, accountability, and decision-making. Accountability for all work remains with the employee.
