Product Manager

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Datox and help shape the future of our platform. You’ll work at the intersection of user needs, regulatory complexity, and AI-powered automation – translating insights into features that make compliance easier, smarter, and faster.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on clarity, complexity, and real-world results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product discovery and delivery across key areas of the Datox platform.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and build exceptional user experiences.
• Translate regulatory workflows into elegant, usable product solutions.
• Balance customer feedback, data insights, and strategic vision to prioritize the roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Bonus Points

• Experience working in fintech, regtech, or data-heavy platforms.
• Familiarity with European or UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, ESMA, etc.)
• Previous experience with AI/ML-powered products.
• Background in UX, engineering, or data analysis
• You’ve launched 0→1 features or products in a startup setting
