The Role
The Role Cave is seeking a driven and customer-focused Product Manager to help shape the future of our cybersecurity and compliance platform.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and gather customer insights
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to deliver solutions that solve complex security and compliance challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role
- Experience managing SaaS products in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Experience working crossfunctionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Ability to define product requirements and translate customer needs into actionable features
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Experience prioritizing competing initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Experience
- In cybersecurity, compliance automation, cloud security, risk management, or governance platforms
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 80053, RMF, CMMC, SOC 2, or other compliance frameworks
- Experience with AI-powered products, automation platforms, or data-driven applications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience working in startups or high-growth technology environments
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms
- Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and implementation decisions
