What You'll Do

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise applications supporting retail store operations.
  • Own products that improve inventory accuracy, replenishment, fulfillment, backroom operations, and associate productivity.
  • Partner with Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Technology teams to prioritize product enhancements.
  • Translate operational challenges into scalable technology solutions that improve store performance.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Define success metrics, analyze operational data, and continuously improve product performance.
  • Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing enterprise products throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • Ability to develop strategic product roadmaps while driving execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product plans.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • An analytical mindset with experience using operational data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a complex enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner supporting retail operations.
  • Success managing enterprise applications that support retail store operations.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Store Operations, Inventory Management, Replenishment, Store Fulfillment, Backroom Operations, Merchandising, Distribution Center operations.
  • Experience partnering with Store Operations, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain teams.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of Product Management and/or Product Ownership experience supporting retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, fulfillment, supply chain, or store technology.
  • Previous experience leading cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
