What You'll Do
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise applications supporting retail store operations.
- Own products that improve inventory accuracy, replenishment, fulfillment, backroom operations, and associate productivity.
- Partner with Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Technology teams to prioritize product enhancements.
- Translate operational challenges into scalable technology solutions that improve store performance.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.
- Define success metrics, analyze operational data, and continuously improve product performance.
- Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing enterprise products throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Ability to develop strategic product roadmaps while driving execution across cross-functional teams.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product plans.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- An analytical mindset with experience using operational data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a complex enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner supporting retail operations.
- Success managing enterprise applications that support retail store operations.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Store Operations, Inventory Management, Replenishment, Store Fulfillment, Backroom Operations, Merchandising, Distribution Center operations.
- Experience partnering with Store Operations, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain teams.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of Product Management and/or Product Ownership experience supporting retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, fulfillment, supply chain, or store technology.
- Previous experience leading cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
