Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, program management, developer experience, user research, or technology delivery.
- Experience leading pilots, focus groups, empathy sessions, surveys, workshops, or similar feedback initiatives.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes.
- Experience supporting product communications, launches, rollout, and operationalization.
Skills
- Ability to translate developer/customer feedback and data into actionable product priorities and backlog improvements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
