About the role
Adaptive is a vertical AI company focused on transforming the $2 trillion U.S. construction industry. We build the agentic operating system for construction, serving over 1,000 customers and raising $26m from leading investors. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by developing and launching AI agents that automate back-office tasks for construction companies.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact
- Define and shape product vision and strategy by distilling user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a clear, scalable roadmap
- Run discovery calls, mine support tickets, and translate customer feedback into clear problem statements
- Create new capabilities from 0→1 and from 1→scale, ensuring fast learning cycles and high-quality execution
- Set a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the platform
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering complex technical products
- Demonstrated experience building or launching AI-native or workflow automation products
- Strong technical acumen—can go deep with engineers on tactical decisions and translate them into customer value
- Exceptional product sense and user empathy, especially when balancing cutting-edge AI capabilities with enterprise requirements
- High ownership mindset—treats the product like it’s yours, moves fast when it matters, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do

Compensation Range
$160K - $200K
