Responsibilities
- Support discovery for AI-enabled and agentic workflow opportunities by gathering input from users, clinical subject matter experts, operations, data science, client success, implementation, commercial teams, and other stakeholders.
- Document current-state workflows, user pain points, decision points, data inputs, manual steps, exceptions, dependencies, and handoffs.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, workflow orchestration, and product enhancements to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and support measurable business outcomes.
- Help define AI-assisted workflows, including recommendations, task routing, confidence indicators, user review steps, escalations, exceptions, and feedback capture.
- Translate workflow needs and stakeholder input into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and release documentation.
- Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, model readiness, data availability, technical effort, risk, and dependencies.
- Support requirements for AI model outputs, prompts or instructions, data inputs, feedback mechanisms, exception handling, and quality review workflows.
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, assumptions, risks, dependencies, product decisions, and known limitations.
- Partner with Senior Product Managers, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Analytics, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Client Success, Implementation, and Commercial teams to support delivery of AI-enabled product capabilities.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-release monitoring.
- Support go-to-market, implementation, training, and client success teams with release notes, enablement content, demo support, and value messaging.
- Communicate product requirements, priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, analytics, product management, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, healthcare operations, technology implementation, analytics, or a related role.
- Experience translating user needs, business workflows, or operational requirements into product requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, process documentation, or technical documentation.
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineering, data science, clinical experts, operations, analytics, or client-facing teams.
- Experience using data, metrics, or operational feedback to evaluate product performance and inform decisions.
- Healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, clinical documentation integrity, coding, denials, utilization management, revenue integrity, hospital operations, or enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, workflow orchestration, analytics, machine learning, large language models, natural language processing, document intelligence, or related technologies preferred.
- Familiarity with agile product development practices preferred.
- Experience supporting products or workflows that require compliance, auditability, privacy, security, quality control, or high user trust preferred.
