Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned products in alignment with Accordant’s strategic goals.
  • Carry out market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for new products, enhancements, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Development, Client Success, and leadership teams to validate product opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Translate business challenges, customer insights, and market opportunities into clear product requirements, priorities, and actionable plans.
  • Build business cases and recommendations to support product investments, prioritization decisions, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with development teams and project/resource management partners to support execution and ensure alignment with product strategy.
  • Develop product positioning, pricing recommendations, packaging strategies, and value propositions to support market adoption and business growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market planning, product launches, enablement materials, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Maintain product documentation, roadmaps, requirements, and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within complex B2B SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, or technology-enabled services environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing software products from concept through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, analyze data, and make informed product recommendations.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
  • Experience partnering with software development teams and technical stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with pricing strategy, product positioning, go-to-market planning, or SaaS business models preferred.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, workflow automation, ERP platforms, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing product organization where processes are evolving, and opportunities are being defined.
