Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager at AFS, you will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of Human Capital Management solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product lifecycle from conception through launch.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Play a key role in strategic planning, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for innovation within the product.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft or other Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience with additional HCM platforms or tools.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Agile or SAFe certification.
• Proven track record of successful product delivery in HR technology.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience.

Skills

• Familiarity with agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with product road mapping tools and requirements management systems.
• Exposure to user story mapping, backlog grooming, and sprint planning processes.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams and managing competing priorities.

Pay

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable compensation ranges based on labor costs in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in those locations is $153,300—$295,900 USD.
