Product Manager, API

Dynata owns and manages a 60M+ member online community of consumers and professionals globally. By engaging community members to exchange their personal data and opinions for valuable rewards, Dynata is the largest provider of first-party consumer insights to leading market research agencies, consulting firms, and corporate brands.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy, product roadmap, and key performance metrics for your product
• Analyze user behavior and conduct research to identify trends within our target customer base and translate those insights into product features
• Assist in defining and deploying new strategies and tactics to support product adoption
• Be the leader of your product by owning outcomes and driving decisions that have a positive business impact
• Define and build out the product experience, partnering with Product Engineering to create and improve new features
• Demonstrate an outcome-driven (vs. output-driven) work ethic and leadership skills
• Exhibit self-motivation, team orientation, responsibility, and a focus on exceeding client expectations
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management for online consumer and/or B2B products within dynamic, agile environments
• Experience partnering across different functional departments to create positive outcomes
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality
• Aptitude for problem-solving and strong quantitative skills with a data-focused approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and other teams

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of technical discipline and work processes
• Provides investigative, analytic, or diagnostic services that affect a wide range of the unit’s activities and suggests improvements
• Good understanding of the roles of relevant functional groups within your area
• Requires extensive training and experience to resolve a wide range of issues

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $110,000–$150,000 per year. Base pay may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may also be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
