Product Manager — AllCiv

About the role

Join our dynamic team at AllCiv as a Product Manager. You will be responsible for defining and driving the vision for our AI-powered civic engagement platform. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of technology trends, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and user needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product features and roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond
• Ensure the product meets regulatory and compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
• Understanding of data analytics and its application to product development
