Product Manager (Adobe Experience Engineering & Platforms)

This senior consulting role offers the opportunity to lead digital experience transformation initiatives for enterprise organizations leveraging Adobe technologies. Accountabilities
The Product Manager will lead product strategy and roadmap execution across enterprise digital experience programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical capabilities, and customer outcomes. This role requires strong leadership across multiple agile workstreams, executive communication skills, and the ability to transform complex technology initiatives into clear business value.
- Develop and manage 12-to-24-month product roadmaps across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Commerce, and related digital experience platforms.
- Translate business goals into prioritized delivery plans, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, platform evolution, and implementation risks.
- Lead executive-level discussions with senior stakeholders, communicating platform decisions and technical tradeoffs in terms of business impact, customer experience, and growth objectives.
- Establish success metrics and reporting frameworks to measure value realization, including site performance, content velocity, campaign efficiency, and conversion improvements.
- Coordinate dependencies across product, engineering, content, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery across complex transformation programs.
- Create and maintain strategic consulting deliverables, including platform assessments, migration roadmaps, composable architecture strategies, and implementation plans.
- Guide teams through Adobe platform modernization initiatives, including transitions toward headless architectures and improved digital experience capabilities.
- Support prioritization decisions using insights from Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, experimentation data, and business performance metrics.
- Mentor product managers and delivery teams while promoting strong product management practices and collaborative ways of working.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, platform capabilities, and customer outcomes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in enterprise digital programs, Adobe technologies, and consulting environments. They should be comfortable managing ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams through large-scale platform transformations.
- 6-10 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology programs.
- Proven experience managing complex products, platforms, or programs from strategy through execution in large-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of modern digital experience architectures, including headless CMS, composable platforms, API-first solutions, and digital commerce ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, including traditional and headless delivery approaches.
- Familiarity with Adobe Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and related Adobe Experience Platform capabilities.
- Experience creating product roadmaps, business cases, platform strategies, and migration plans.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence Directors, VPs, and senior business stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple agile teams and coordinating delivery across engineering, content, analytics, and marketing functions.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in consulting, agency, or client-facing environments is highly preferred.
