PRODUCT MANAGER ACCESSORIES
The Role
Proactively manage the current and future success of the Nightforce Accessory and Merchandise product lines by maintaining a strategically sound and profitable mix of products.
As the voice of the consumer throughout product development, maintain a precise understanding of the preferences and needs of hunters, competitive shooters, and professional users for accessories (Rings, Bases, Mounts, etc) and branded items.
Listen objectively while gathering information to pinpoint consumer and market needs. Develops portfolio plans and product roadmaps accordingly.
Analyze the product life cycle of product families and individual SKUs based on consumer, customer, and market factors, and make recommendations accordingly.
Work with Sales to develop strategic market pricing and demand probabilities for new products.
Recommend market pricing, order quantities, and reorder thresholds.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the outdoor equipment or optics industry.
Experience managing multiple product lines and developing product roadmaps.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
