This is a temporary contractor role as an employee of Atrium assigned to work at Humana.

About the role

The Senior Product Management Professional coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products ready for customer use. This role involves moderately complex to complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will be aligned with a Clinical Platform used for Humana’s Medicaid segment.

Responsibilities include investigating facts, developing solutions to problems during design and planning phases, monitoring performance, and recommending schedule or resolution adjustments based on viability. You will provide timely and accurate information and status updates to leaders, conduct feasibility studies, identify product gaps, define product requirements, and engage with customers to understand market needs and trends. This role influences department strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex technical issues with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches.

You will also shepherd the product management lifecycle using tools such as ADO, Jira Align, and other enterprise tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 or more years of technical experience.
  • Experience with Clinical Platforms.
  • Experience working with a SaaS vendor.
  • Scrum or Release Management background.
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Pay

Pay rate range: $55–$61 USD hourly. The actual pay rate will be based on skills, competencies, experience, location, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state requirements.
