About the Role
The Global Site Solutions Organization drives holistic technology strategy to enable the entire end-to-end lifecycle of a Client site. We are modernizing and enhancing over 60+ applications to support Real Estate, Store Planning, Property Development, and Workplace Services value streams. This role will define and support building desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has a track record of driving value as the voice-of-the-customer, experience leading products from conceptualization to launch, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the Workplace Services value stream has feasible and sustainable products & solutions.
- Craft and deliver the Product roadmap, partnering with Business Stakeholders, Architecture, and Engineering teams to align with business strategies, technical roadmaps, and architectural standards.
- Evolve lean and agile processes, operationalize product management workflows, and allow flexibility for team-specific ways of working.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize product features through consultative partnership.
- Partner with companion teams for delivery of enterprise-connected solutions.
- Collaboratively build a well-articulated global product vision, domain strategy, and long-range roadmap for the portfolio.
- Generate business value by working with the portfolio layer, including experience with POs to ensure work cascades to the team.
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of Epics, Features, Stories, and/or Programs to achieve business outcomes.
- Track product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning at the portfolio/program level.
- Identify and solve issues impacting project timelines and budgets.
- Manage demand versus capacity gaps and resource contention issues.
- Mentor the team by providing training and guidance to product team members.
- Develop a team of skilled and engaged product owners at various levels of seniority.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT or business with functional work experience.
- 3-5 years of people management skills in a product management role.
- 10+ years of overall product experience or a related position.
- 5+ years’ experience working on large-scale global implementations.
- Hands-on experience participating in and leading SAFe events, such as sprint planning, release planning, and PI planning.
- Strong agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks.
- Consultative partnership with customers, translating functional needs into requirements that drive value.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment with measurable business impact.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentorship skills.
Skills
- Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification.
- Multiple domain expertise.
- Experience handling third-party and SAAS applications.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS).

Pay
This position has a starting salary range of $128,600.00 to $167,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
