What You Can Expect

  • Deliver customized solutions for the next generation of AI systems.
  • Shepherd business dialogue with hyperscalers from exploration through design win to deployment.
  • Leverage deep understanding of AI processing elements (CPUs, XPUs, DPUs, accelerators) to guide strategy.
  • Analyze how hyperscalers customize architectures, including use cases, competition, and market dynamics.
  • Drive roadmap of custom IC capabilities aligned to customer needs.
  • Influence customer buying decisions through business and financial justification.
  • Build and manage relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations.
  • Support Marvell global sales teams in customer engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with architects, engineering, and operations teams to execute customer programs.
  • Guide product roadmaps for custom CPUs, XPUs, DPUs, and other workload acceleration devices for the next generation of AI systems.
  • Track market/technology trends, market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM), key customers to win, competitive analysis, product positioning and pricing.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our competitor’s solutions, help define our market differentiation and competitive advantage, and help ensure our collaterals and website clearly reflect our unique competitive positioning.
  • Create compelling solutions with clear value propositions that are validated and endorsed by leading target customers.
  • Drive product and solution life cycle from first engagement to stable volume production.
  • Define product and solution strategies with sales and cross-functional teams that yield design wins at targeted customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with engineering to develop reference design solutions for leading use cases and architecture engagements with leading customers and their platform partners.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related)
  • MSEE and/or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant data center experience
  • Prior experience in product management leadership in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of compute, networking, and AI requirements
  • Strong knowledge of hyperscaler architectures and AI hardware ecosystem (CPUs, XPUs, DPUs, accelerators)
  • Understanding of how these devices are customized by each Hyperscaler, the use cases in the customer environment, the competition, the market, and the business financials
  • Knowledge of market dynamics, competition, and financial/business drivers
  • Demonstrated product lifecycle / NPI experience
  • Demonstrated product life-cycle management across whole product NPI process
  • Demonstrated business planning capabilities– Track market/technology trends, market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM), revenue forecasting, competitive analysis and pricing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to all levels of the corporation, internal, partner and customer

Additional Information

Expected Base Pay Range (USD): $187,520 - $280,900, per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
