Product Management Intern, Fan Care Community Care - Summer 2027

About the role

As a Product Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of fan engagement. You will support product discovery, fan research, roadmap development, and performance analysis. By bridging player sentiment, moderation insights, and platform analytics, you will help continuously improve the fan experience based on real-time feedback enabling senior Product Management leaders to drive strategic, portfolio-wide initiatives across EA's gaming communities. This internship is designed to offer hands-on, full-lifecycle product experience: from identifying a core fan problem and defining hypotheses, to designing solutions and presenting actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
