About Your Job
The Premier Loyalty Platform (PLP) powers the rewards programs for Fiserv’s issuing clients. The PLP platform enables clients to build compelling card value propositions to compete in the marketplace and acquire, engage and retain debit and credit cardholders. This position will serve a critical role on the Loyalty product team to provide a best-in-class service to our clients and grow the platform via expanding the usage of new services to current clients and the onboarding of new clients to PLP.
Key areas of focus include
- Client Communications: Drive our interaction and communications with clients through established channels including release notes, user manuals, client websites and standardized email messages
- Client Support: Own key PLP client support processes including billing, client relationships management, and technology activities that require coordination with clients
- New Business Development: Lead all PLP participation in RFP/RFI processes on behalf of the loyalty team and coordinate with Fiserv’s proposal’s team on enterprise efforts on RFP/RFI responses
- Loyalty Team Initiatives: Support loyalty team in ongoing initiatives including documenting processes (Feature releases, RCAs, tutorials, etc.), user access management and ad-hoc team requests
- Strategic Product Initiatives: Own and drive strategic development projects with clients and technology projects. Lead product development, defining requirements, testing, release management and client coordination and support
Experience You'll Need To Have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across audiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with the ability to quickly and effectively pivot as needed
- Effective decision-making skills with ability to leverage existing processes and resources to solve problems
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications with an intermediate level of skill
- 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech or related field
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with good follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related field and/or equivalent military experience
Experience That Would Be Great To Have
- Previous experience in Product, Technology or Business Operations
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile Development methodologies
How You'll Work
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range
$100,000.00 – $165,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
