About the role
Eaton’s Electrical Sector America - ARS/Fibrebond division is currently seeking a Product Line Manager. This role must be based in Minden, LA, located in the greater Shreveport metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is available to candidates currently residing in the US. Fibrebond, an Eaton company, is a leading designer and manufacturer of pre-integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect and enable mission-critical infrastructure across data center, industrial, utility, and communications markets. With its acquisition by Eaton in 2025, Fibrebond now plays a key role in expanding Eaton’s modular and integrated solutions portfolio, combining global reach and resources with Fibrebond’s deep engineering expertise, customer-centric approach, and advanced manufacturing operations in Louisiana. This role provides end-to-end ownership of Fibrebond’s Industrial and Utility product lines, with full accountability for driving profitable growth, market expansion, and customer impact. You will act as a general manager for the business, partnering closely with operations leadership while holding shared P&L responsibility and leading all commercial and strategic aspects of the product lines. This role reports to the VP of Manufacturing and leads a team of approximately 20 across sales, project management, engineering, and marketing. It offers a strong growth opportunity to shape strategy, drive change, and play a key role in scaling the data center and energy transition business.
Qualifications
- Basic (required) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing or other business discipline Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in sales, marketing or product management within the electrical industry Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing people Knowledge of relevant commercial and industrial markets and rapidly changing technologies Strong analytical skills and business acumen Willing and able to travel up to 25%, including global travel
- Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in sales, marketing or product management within the electrical industry Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing engineered to order products Experience leading complex programs in a matrix environment
Pay
The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
