Product Lead, Scheduling
Product
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers.
For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
- Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 355—all within 90 seconds.
Scheduling
Scheduling is one of Rippling's highest-potential products and one of our most powerful onramps. For hourly-heavy businesses, getting scheduling right is the first thing that matters, which makes it a natural entry point into the Rippling platform and a driver of downstream expansion across payroll, compliance, and the full workforce suite.
- Own the Scheduling product — core shift creation and management, open shifts, swap and cover, templates, compliance rules, mobile experience, and everything in between.
- Drive growth and activation in close partnership with Rippling's PLG team, turning Scheduling into one of the company's top lead generation channels and entry points into the broader platform.
- Build the enterprise capabilities that win complex, high-volume customers: labor budgeting, demand-based auto-scheduling, AI-assisted schedule generation, and advanced workforce planning.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to define the critical feature set for a category-defining workforce management solution.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and compliance to ship high-quality product and drive customer success.
- Stay deeply attuned to market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to ensure the Time Products suite remains competitive, innovative, and several steps ahead of market needs.
