Product Lead, Predictive Platform

Overview

At 6sense, our mission is to multiply growth, retention, and efficiency for businesses and teams. We seek a Product Lead, Predictive Platform who can lead our core predictive platform, a foundational engine that powers our intelligence layer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a specialized pod of Product Managers focused on specialized modeling and intelligence initiatives.
• Own the strategy for our core models, defining the roadmap for their consumption across the entire 6sense ecosystem.
• Drive cross-model initiatives, establishing global standards and methodologies for model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement.
• Maximize model leverage by enforcing a "build once, use everywhere" philosophy, ensuring platform engines provide maximum value to all surface apps and specialized use cases.
• Partner directly with the Head of Intelligence Product to align the predictive roadmap with company strategy, surfacing model risks early and identifying opportunities for portfolio tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading product teams.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning lifecycles, and data science collaboration from a product perspective.
• Experience in AI, ML, or Data Science products, including 3-5+ years of formal people management experience.
• A strong understanding of B2B data models and predictive scoring.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $188,997.50 - $255,863.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience.
