You will partner closely with senior leaders across business, technology, data science, risk, cybersecurity, architecture, infrastructure, and model governance to modernize the platform, enhance the user experience, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of experience leading product development, technology delivery, or enterprise-scale capability development
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams or managing complex, large-scale technology programs
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, AI/ML platforms, data platforms, or hybrid infrastructure environments

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML platforms and capabilities such as MLOps, model lifecycle management, model deployment, monitoring, AutoML, feature engineering, and model governance
• Knowledge of modern technology environments, including hybrid cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience building and scaling platform products for technical users, including data scientists, ML engineers, application developers, and analytics teams
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments with strong requirements for security, controls, compliance, resiliency, and operational readiness
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across engineering, business, and control functions

Pay Range

• NC-Charlotte: $185,000 - $300,000 Annually
• MN-Minneapolis: $185,000 - $300,000 Annually
• CA-Concord: $185,000 - $300,000 Annually
