Senior Product Manager, AI Platform
About the role
This is a rare opportunity to build an enterprise-grade AI platform from the ground up and make a lasting impact at GEICO. As a Senior Product Manager for the AI Agent Platform, you will shape the future of GEICO's AI Agent Platform - owning strategy, roadmap, and execution while collaborating across engineering, design, and domain experts from sales, service, claims, billing, and other lines of business.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer feedback, business impact, technical feasibility, and the evolving frontier of AI capabilities - making informed trade-off decisions that balance near-term delivery with long-term platform potential.
- Drive product development by defining requirements, managing the backlog, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- Identify options and recommendations, working through trade-offs with partners to remove team impediments.
- Manage rollout plans, segmentation, product adoption, and opportunities for promotion.
- Partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and deliver secure, resilient, performant, and scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, coupled with strong product intuition and instincts for identifying what matters most to customers and the business.
- 5+ years in product management with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of AI agent technologies and platforms, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
