Product Lead

Position Overview

The Product Lead - Operations is a member of the Enterprise Applications Team and will be responsible for owning the roadmap and lifecycle of all applications that support Construction Operations within our organization including Project Management, Scheduling, Safety, Quality, Estimating/Preconstruction, Prequalification, Subcontractor Management, and Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Operations applications and capabilities, supporting both business and technical teams.
• Manage the Operations application portfolio and oversee application lifecycle planning, including investment, enhancement, replacement, and retirement decisions with a focus on cost optimization and reducing overlap and duplication.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and align solutions with operational needs.
• Translate business workflows and challenges into clear technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, evaluating new features, and staying current with industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, and organizational standards while providing regular reporting on portfolio performance, risks, ROI, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Conduct customer acceptance testing and lead product training content creation, including videos and demonstration tools.
• Facilitate development team ceremonies in Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
