Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM (additional hours as necessary to meet department objectives)
About the Role
Responsible for the implementation, assessment, and configuration of credit-related systems to support business line technical and analytical needs. Research and evaluate business process re-engineering opportunities, plan and implement configurations and workflows to solve complex problems, and streamline workflows of diverse scope. Create meaningful reports to support Credit Risk Management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management (CCO, CFO, CRO, CCBO) to design, implement, and manage data mining, forecasting, and trending models for measuring and monitoring the bank’s credit risk data needs.
- Assess business process re-engineering opportunities, including analysis and design of workflows within Credit Administration to improve efficiencies, customer service, and reduce operational costs.
- Evaluate business line needs and develop configurations and workflows to support business processes.
- Provide support for independent business analysis and credit-related projects, including research, development, and analytics for advanced industry and portfolio analytics. Support large-scale credit-related projects managed by the PMO and Credit Administration.
- Analyze, develop, and support the bank’s data analytics and reporting needs; analyze data sets to draw business insights and communicate results to business lines, middle, and executive management.
- Ensure data integrity, particularly for outputs impacting financial reporting.
- Serve as a Project Manager for smaller-scale credit-related projects or as a workstream member for larger projects, following department project methodology, documentation standards, and change management requirements.
- Research Credit Risk Management fundamentals and industry best practices to generate management information reports for all levels of management. Benchmark findings and recommend best practices.
- Scope projects and implementations, define and execute delivery plans, and develop test plans. Test and troubleshoot system setups and provide training and end-user support during implementation.
- Develop, document, and deliver data analysis and reporting for Credit Systems, including nCino, Salesforce, and other systems. Data delivery may include reports, charts, graphs, or tables.
- Provide operational, analytical, and technical support for reporting and data analysis during projects, system implementations, and post-go-live support.
- Transfer knowledge and workflow processes to Systems Administrators or end users, assisting in their training for transition from implementation to post-go-live support.
- Ensure appropriate validation and controls to maintain data integrity, including testing and validation for data completeness and accuracy related to SOX internal controls for Credit Systems.
- Maintain compliance with SOX Entity Level Control #29 (EUCT) for data import/export files.
- Ensure all managed projects are properly approved, documented, and adhere to department project methodology, change management requirements, and risk assessments.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of SOX, GLBA compliance, and regulatory requirements for Credit (e.g., corporate policies, GAAP, Regulation O, Excess of Supervisory Limits).
- Implement and test system/software changes post-go-live, working with system users. Create and maintain documentation for system/software change management to meet audit requirements.
- Create reports and dashboards using nCino, Salesforce, or advanced analytical software (e.g., BIC/Webi, Excel, Access, Monarch, and other specialized Credit System Reporting Tools).
- Interface with internal audit, external auditing consultants, and regulatory agencies concerning implemented software. Act as a subject matter expert for nCino, Salesforce, or other Credit-related systems during audits and reviews.
- Participate in onsite user groups, conferences, and ongoing training opportunities for Credit Systems.
- Maintain certifications related to nCino, Salesforce, technology, or the Credit Industry, and expand knowledge through ongoing educational opportunities.
- Exhibit advanced writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Maintain strong working relationships with employees and adhere to organizational culture. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, working independently or as part of a team.

Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Finance, or Business. MBA is helpful.
- Five to ten years of general business experience.
- Five to ten years of specialized experience, including merger and acquisition experience and Salesforce expertise.
- nCino implementation experience preferred.
- Expert usage of Business Objects (BIC Business Intelligence Center), data mining, and reporting software or equivalent technical/data analysis tools.
- Credit Administration experience.
Physical Demands
- Operates a keypad device for 70% of the day.
- Requires manual dexterity for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day.
- Close vision requirements of 18”-20” for computer work.
Pay
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $161,700.00
