About the Role

You are the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. You inspire our brand’s evolution as we commit to bold objectives in stores and communities. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class brand experience by sharing technical product knowledge and supporting problem-solving for guests.
  • Build a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly weave this information into guest interactions authentically.
  • Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.
  • Develop your passions in and out of the store with team support.
  • Support elevating the guest experience by collaborating with store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales.
  • Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.
  • Assist with various store tasks as assigned by leadership.
  • Answer store phones, respond to voicemails and emails, and occasionally engage on Epicenter social media channels.
  • Utilize the Point-of-Sale system to process transactions, including warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns.
  • Receive and unpack inventory boxes (weighing 5–30 lbs) as required.

Expectations

  • Availability to work “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season, defined annually based on return policies.
  • Full accountability for all deliverables outlined in the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document.
  • Perform additional projects, duties, and assignments as directed by store leadership.

Availability Requirements

  • Full-time: 30–40 hours per week (5 days per week). Must be available for a minimum of one opening, one closing, and one weekend shift each week.
  • Part-time: 10–30 hours per week (2–4 days per week). Must provide open availability for at least two of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and be available for one opening and one closing shift during the week with a minimum six-hour availability window.

Pay

The pay range for this role is USD $19.20 – USD $21.40 hourly. Most new team members join within this range, reflecting market alignment and role scope. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and level of responsibility. The role is also eligible for a bonus plan based on store performance.
