The Mission

Turf Wars is our monthly national tournament where schools compete on portfolio returns. Your mission is simple and measurable: Recruit 100 schools to join the national Turf Wars competitive league in August.

Responsibilities

• Campus outreach to finance clubs, econ classes, and student orgs.
• Platform advocacy — demo the product, run info sessions, share on social.
• Onboarding school team leads and helping them recruit their squad.
• Relaying student and faculty feedback directly to the product team.

Requirements

• Current student (HS senior through graduate).
• Master networker — you know who runs the clubs on your campus.
• Finance enthusiast — markets are fun for you, not a chore.
• Goal-oriented hustler — you optimize for outcomes, not activity.

Pay

• $500 base stipend for the summer engagement.
• Up to $500 performance bonus tied to school signups ($1,000 total potential).

Schedule

Flexible hours (~10–15 hrs/wk) — work around your schedule.
