Responsibilities
- Engage with customers as they pass by the kiosk, offering friendly and professional service
- Generate leads by collecting customer information and scheduling appointments for sales consultations
- Maintain an organized display with brochures and marketing materials
- Use company-provided mobile applications and forms to record customer interactions
- Travel to various store locations on a weekly basis within Los Angeles and North Orange County
- Work independently while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism
- Uphold company standards for customer service and brand representation
Requirements
- Strong communicator – Confident, outgoing, and engaging personality
- Reliable & self-motivated – Able to work independently and meet lead generation goals
- Organized & professional – Can manage brochures and track interactions using mobile apps
Qualifications
- No prior experience needed – Full training provided
