Responsibilities

You will lead end-to-end product development execution across the full lifecycle, aligning system requirements, technical profiles, quality targets, and project resources.

You will drive product reliability through proactive failure-mode avoidance, identifying system interfaces, functional interactions, and root causes using structured risk analysis methods.

You will influence design decisions by applying modeling, simulation, and analytical tools to predict system, subsystem, and component-level performance.

You will define, control, and integrate system interfaces to ensure requirements compliance, executing integration plans that enable early issue detection and resolution.

You will solve complex product issues using data-driven, customer-protective problem-solving processes, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

You will manage product verification and validation, negotiating requirements against capability, assessing test and simulation results, and documenting technical recommendations.

You will establish configuration and change management discipline, maintaining product baselines and controlling changes from concept through obsolescence.

You will produce high-quality technical documentation and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, enabling knowledge transfer, informing decisions, and producing consistent results.

Requirements

You will have:

  • Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area
  • A demonstrated track record of technical problem solving and quality decision making
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Experience with Off-highway/specialty vehicle products and systems
  • Design experience with structural components like casting & forging
  • An excellent understanding of static analysis, fatigue analysis, and fundamentals of dynamic & kinematic studies
  • A knowledge and understanding of vehicle dynamics (preferred)
  • Identify, verify, and implement solutions to warranty or quality problems that affect product performance
  • Hands-on experience with designing large castings
  • Ansys experience (preferred)

Qualifications

You will have:

  • A college, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required
  • Post-graduate (Master's) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles
