Product Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our dynamic team of 15 engineers and contribute to our growing revenue of nearly $900B annually. This role is crucial as companies increasingly hire ambitiously and for roles that didn't exist before, making the hiring layer more critical than ever.

Responsibilities

• Think like a builder to solve complex problems within the company's product areas.
• Design and implement solutions that improve the candidate acquisition and matching experience for both companies and recruiters.
• Work on the Marketplace, AI Matching, and Recruiting OS to drive Paraform's growth and innovation.
• Identify and prioritize unsolved problems, and take ownership of their resolution.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills across the stack, including experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis and machine learning, particularly in the context of recruiting and AI.
• Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment, taking initiative and owning projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to understand and influence business metrics such as revenue, retention, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Pay

• $100K - $150K base salary, depending on experience and performance.
