• 4+ Years Experience: You’ve built and shipped high-quality consumer products (Mobile/Full-stack).
• Builders at heart: You find joy and energy in continuous tinkering and building.
• Product-First Mindset: You don't just write code; you think about the user’s emotional journey. You understand the "why" behind the "what."
• Bias for Action: You thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments. You prefer "derisking" over "over-documenting."
• Elegant Solver: You enjoy taking messy, ambiguous problems and distilling them into clean, maintainable APIs and systems.
• Technical Fit: Familiarity with Flutter is a major plus, as is experience in the gaming or wellness industries.
