Product Engineer

About the role

The Product Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining the AI infrastructure that monitors, evaluates, and improves autonomous agents in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring solutions for autonomous agents in production environments.
• Develop tools to detect and analyze failures in agent behavior, turning real-world data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the infrastructure aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
• Work closely with the product team to define and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product or full-stack engineering at tech startups.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
