Product Engineer (Agents)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent-based workflows and prompt strategies
• Build and scale retrieval systems to power intelligent data access
• Create APIs and backend services supporting AI-driven functionality
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and storage
• Own features end-to-end, from concept through deployment and iteration
• Optimize production AI systems for latency, reliability, and streaming performance

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack development (React, TypeScript, Python)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production environments
• Proficiency in API and backend development
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Deep understanding of production challenges including latency, error handling, and streaming
• Proven ability to build and ship scalable systems end-to-end
