Product Director, Patient Marketing, Bladder Cancer

About the role

The Product Director will be accountable for leading the nurse and patient-focused strategies and execution for Erda-iDRS and INLEXZO treatment in the Bladder Cancer disease state. In this role, you will focus both on the development of strategies and tactics for adequate nurse education, as well as optimal patient support and activation strategies, including insight generation, strategy development, strategic media planning, content development, and tactical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
  • Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
  • Develops content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies
  • Led advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
  • Drives the development and execution of patient and Patient Care Team (PCT) engagement initiatives, including disease education, treatment support resources, patient experience, and omnichannel customer journeys
  • Champions the voice of the patient by translating patient, caregiver, and provider insights into customer-centric strategies that support treatment adoption, persistence, and portfolio growth

Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
  • Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel
  • Experience in oncology Product launch experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time

Qualifications
