Product Director Document & Business Solutions

Job Responsibilities

Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.

Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.

Counsels and mentors the product team on best practices including solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery.

Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives.

Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation.

Establishes and scales product operating models that align Product, Engineering, Data, and Design around shared outcomes.

Identifies and leverages emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation) to drive innovation and unlock new value.

Pairs closely with Operations leaders to understand end-to-end service delivery, workflows, and constraints, ensuring product solutions are practical, scalable, and embedded in day-to-day execution.

Collaborates with Data and Analytics teams to define success metrics, monitor product performance, and leverage insights to inform roadmap prioritization and investment decisions.

Translates operational feedback and data insights into clear product requirements and priorities, balancing customer experience, efficiency, risk, and reliability.

Aligns stakeholders across Product, Operations, Data, and Technology to ensure shared understanding of outcomes, tradeoffs, and delivery expectations.
