Product Development Temporary Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel trackers to ensure accurate product information and status updates.
• Organize product samples and track incoming packages from factories.
• Assist with meeting preparation, including gathering samples, organizing materials, and dressing mannequins.
• Enter and maintain product information in the PLM system.
• Provide daily administrative and organizational support to the Product Development team.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong follow‑up skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Professional communication and phone etiquette.

Pay

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour. Individual base pay is determined by relevant experience, skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
