About the Role

The Production/Product Development team oversees the entire journey from sourcing raw materials to manufacturing, order placement, pricing, quality control, and distribution of finished products. This role ensures we maintain high standards and profitability at every step. Responsibilities

  • Support the product development process from initial design concept through production.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely production of samples that meet both aesthetic and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Design, Sales, and Overseas Offices, to develop and execute assigned product lines.
  • Work with Design teams, Technical Designers, and Production Teams to align garment details with the design concept.
  • Organize color standards, fabric standards, and trim standards for handoff to the Production Team for sampling and production.
  • Create and update details pages for all styles, including manufacturing details, art techniques, fabrication, colorways, trims, and packaging.
  • Create and maintain FlexPLM information for all styles, including images and Bill of Materials (BOM) details.
  • Maintain FlexPLM by managing materials, palettes, reference numbers, assigning colorways, and pushing images to SAP.

Requirements

  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team-oriented and highly detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while balancing creativity with technical capability.
  • Ability to interpret design sketches for tech packs.
  • Basic knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, silhouettes, colorways, sewing techniques, seam classifications, fabrication, trim, and art techniques.
  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training in apparel.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and FlexPLM systems is a priority for this position.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and Mac computers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

Pay

Salary Range: $66,300 - $75,000. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect. Offers are tailored within this range based on factors such as educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other relevant factors. Base salary is part of a total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, annual bonuses, and other Centric Brands-sponsored benefit programs.
