About the role

This position supports the wholesale footwear business and is based in our LIC office, requiring on-site work five days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain all production spec sheets with overseas agents.
  • Approve all incoming submits for fabric, color, and trims.
  • Responsible for all sample procedures for the division.
  • Correct incoming sales, confirmation, and fit samples, and communicate changes and specs to overseas agents.
  • Update and maintain division linesheets.
  • Ship samples overseas.
  • Sourcing and resolving production issues to reach target prices, margins, and deliveries.
  • Maintain photo library and production set up.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with available support and resources.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Ability to conduct interpersonal interactions including coaching, negotiating, selling, and group presentations.
  • Decisions guided by precedent and interpretation of applicable laws, impacting others and the organization.
  • Work responsibilities frequently involve confidential and/or sensitive information, requiring discretion.
  • Job duties are widely diverse, requiring conceptualizing, planning, and implementing.
  • Ability to work in a multi-task, high-pressure environment.
  • Anticipates and solves problems independently, evaluating complex information and making recommendations.
  • Provides basic work direction and support to small groups of skilled and semi-skilled employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $XX-$XX. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and organizational structure.
